Terms & Conditions
Booking, Cancellation & General Terms
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings, private sessions, trainings, workshops, events and retreats offered through Waves Of Pleasure.
By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Booking & Payment
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- the date, time and format have been agreed;
- any required application or participant information has been completed; and
- the required payment has been received.
Submitting an enquiry or application does not by itself guarantee a place.
For workshops, trainings and retreats, places may be strictly limited in order to preserve the quality of the experience and appropriate personal attention.
Payment instructions are provided when your booking is confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular service, full payment is required before participation.
Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in the currency stated for each service or booking.
Where a service is customized — particularly private retreats, international experiences or extended sessions — the final price will be confirmed in writing before payment.
Bank fees, currency conversion fees and other charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
A booking is not considered fully paid until the agreed amount has been received.
Cancellation policy
If your plans change
We understand that plans sometimes change.
Because private time, venues, accommodation and limited-capacity places may be reserved specifically for you, cancellation fees apply.
Unless a specific service states different cancellation terms, the following policy applies.
2+ calendar months before
75% refund
If you cancel at least two calendar months before the first day of your booking, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
25% is retained to cover administration, preparation and reservation costs.
1–2 calendar months before
50% refund
If you cancel between one and two calendar months before the first day of your booking, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
7 days–1 calendar month before
25% refund
If you cancel between seven days and one calendar month before the first day of your booking, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before
No cash refund
Cancellations made less than seven days before the booking are not eligible for a cash refund.
The full amount paid will be forfeited.
How to cancel
All cancellations must be made in writing.
A cancellation is considered received only when Waves Of Pleasure has acknowledged receipt.
Credits & Rescheduling
Where a cash refund is not available, Waves Of Pleasure may, at its discretion, offer all or part of the eligible amount as:
- service credit;
- workshop or training credit;
- retreat credit; or
- a voucher toward another offering.
Credits are not guaranteed.
Requests must be submitted in writing and will be considered individually based on:
- timing of the cancellation;
- reason for cancellation;
- costs already committed;
- availability; and
- the type of service booked.
Any credit offered may have an expiry date and may be subject to availability and price differences when rebooking.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Terms by Offering Type
Private Sessions
Private sessions are reserved specifically for you.
Please arrive on time.
If you arrive late, the session may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee remains payable.
A missed session or failure to attend without notice is considered a no-show and is not eligible for refund or credit.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and the cancellation terms above.
Workshops, Trainings & Events
Places at workshops, trainings and events are often limited.
Your place is confirmed only after the required payment has been received.
If you choose not to attend after the event has begun, arrive late or leave early, no refund is provided for the unused portion.
Where a workshop requires specific preparation, eligibility or participation conditions, these will be communicated before booking.
Retreats
Retreats may involve significant advance commitments including accommodation, venues, facilitator travel, transport, food and third-party reservations.
For this reason, a particular retreat may have its own booking, deposit and cancellation conditions.
Where retreat-specific terms differ from this general policy, the specific terms provided to you before payment will apply.
You are responsible for arranging appropriate:
- passports;
- visas;
- flights;
- travel insurance;
- medical or travel requirements; and
- any personal travel expenses not expressly included in the retreat package.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for international retreats.
Cancellation or Changes by Waves Of Pleasure
Occasionally, a session, event, training or retreat may need to be postponed, relocated or cancelled because of circumstances outside reasonable control.
Where Waves Of Pleasure cancels an offering entirely, you will normally be offered either:
- a transfer of the amount paid to a replacement date or suitable alternative; or
- a refund of the amount paid directly to Waves Of Pleasure for the cancelled service.
Waves Of Pleasure is not responsible for independently booked flights, accommodation, visas, transport, insurance or other third-party expenses.
For this reason, travel insurance is strongly recommended whenever travel is involved.
Changes to Programmes
Descriptions of sessions, trainings, events and retreats represent the intended format at the time of publication.
Individual programmes may be adapted according to:
- participant needs;
- group dynamics;
- weather;
- venue conditions;
- safety considerations;
- facilitator judgment; or
- other practical circumstances.
For private experiences and retreats, customization is often an intentional part of the service.
Reasonable changes to timing, sequence, practices or location do not automatically constitute cancellation of the service.
Participation, consent & safety
Participation Is Always Voluntary
Many Waves Of Pleasure experiences are embodied and experiential.
They may involve movement, breathwork, meditation, partner exercises, conscious touch, sensuality, massage or other body-based practices depending on the specific offering.
Participation in any individual practice is voluntary.

- ask questions;
- decline a practice;
- decline touch;

- request more space;
- pause;

Personal Boundaries
You are responsible for communicating your boundaries as clearly as reasonably possible.
Other participants are expected to respect a no immediately and without persuasion.
Likewise, you agree to respect the boundaries, privacy and personal choices of others.
Any behaviour involving harassment, coercion, discrimination, intimidation or disregard for another person’s consent may result in immediate removal from a session, event or retreat without refund.

- mobility limitations;
- significant medical conditions;
- medication; or

If you are uncertain whether a particular practice is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Waves Of Pleasure reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation where the facilitator reasonably believes that an offering is not appropriate or safe for a participant.

If anything about the programme, payment terms, cancellation policy, consent, boundaries or suitability is unclear, please ask before making a payment.
